Vaicom18 – Pit Stop
Viacom18 was to launch Success Factors – an HR ERP offering, comprising of core HR solutions such as Recruitment, Performance, Rewards, Learning and Development as well Employee Life Cycle events spanning across Hire to Retire.
We had to rework on the brand identity of the Success Factors platform based on that we finalized Pit Stop as the core thought, treating it like a destination rather than a personification.
For that we distributed F1 car shaped pen drive to all the employees with boom barriers life size Helmet at the reception area. There were jumpsuit arranged with a cap for the valet staff who would welcome the employees at the entrance. Overall it registered in the mind of the people with good feedback on recall.
